Please note that a non-refundable deposit will be required in order to confirm a reservation.

RESERVATIONS Terms & Conditions

• Reservations will be valid only if they are made by phone (01 755 55 4 37 94) or through the following e-mail address: reservations@quintadedonandres.com
• The reservations may be done within 12 months of anticipation.
• To confirm the reservation a 2 nights deposit must be done by direct deposit or through PayPal, the hotel gives a 2 day period for the deposit to be made; otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. In the event a deposit is made after the 2 days of the initial request, the hotel will do the best to provide an accommodation nevetheless the villa, room or availability requested is not guaranteed.

Cancellation or Reservation changes Terms and Conditions

• 100% of your deposit will be credited for a future reservation if you decide to change or cancel your reservation if this incurs with more than 30 days of notice of your reserved arrival date.
• 75% of the deposit will be credited for a future reservation if there is a change or cancellation with at least 21 days of the arrival date.
• 50% of the deposit will be credited for a future reservation if there is a change or cancellation with at least 15 days of the arrival date.
• There is no credit if there is a cancellation or a change of the reservation within 7 days of the arrival date.
• If a change of the original reservation has been done, the deposit won't be credited for future changes, cancellations or reservations.

POLICAS DE RESERVACIONES

• Reservaciones son válidas únicamente hechas vía telefónica directamente al hotel o por medio del correo electrónico (reservations@laquintadedonandres.com)
• Las reservaciones pueden hacerse hasta con 12 meses de anticipación.
• Para confirmar la reservación es necesario el depósito no reembolsable de 2 noches de la(s) habitación(es) por reservar y el envío de la ficha de depósito a nuestro correo electrónico. (El hotel dará un plazo de dos días hábiles para realizar el depósito, si dentro de estos días no es realiza el depósito su reservación es cancelada automáticamente) Si el depósito es realizado posteriormente a estos días el hotel no se hace responsable de la disponibilidad de la habitación(es) solicitada(s).

POLITICAS DE CANCELACION O CAMBIO
Las reservaciones son confirmadas con un depósito no reembolsable equivalentes a 2 noches de las habitaciones solicitadas, sin embargo el depósito es acreditado a una futura reservación con una vigencia 365 días a partir del primer día de llegada de la reservación original basadas en las siguientes cláusulas:

• 30 días antes de su llegada, el 100 % de su depósito es transferible para una futura reservación.
• 21 días antes de su llegada, el 75% de su depósito es transferible para una futura reservación
• 15 días antes de su llegada, el 50% de su depósito es transferible para una futura reservación
• 7 días antes su depósito no es transferible.
• Para una segunda cancelación o cambio, su depósito no es transferible.
